Reservations:
Our rates include bed and breakfast accomodations from $195.00 to $225.00, based on double occupancy and is also dependent upon the season. Add 25.00 for the third person. Sales tax and occupancy tax equals 10%. Payment can be made in the form of a check, travelers check or credit card. Reservations must be guaranteed in advance by check or credit card.The amount of the deposit will depend upon the length of stay, the package and the time of year. Your deposit insures you that your reservation will be available as confirmed and also assures the Inn that you will indeed keep your reservation for the date/s requested. Your deposit is always for the last night of your stay.

Cancellations:
We recognize that plans change and we will gladly refund your deposit if your cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to your planned arrival, minus a $20.00 administrative fee. We are sorry, but due to our limited number of guest rooms and the cost incurred by the Inn in advance preparation of your visit, we are unable to return any portion of your deposit when cancellation is made within 10 days of your planned visit. We are a small upscale property and our guests usually reserve well ahead of the date of their planned visit. When someone cancels close to their arrival date this often precludes the re-booking of the room, however, we will offer a gift certificate to be used at a future date if we are able to rebook the room.

We do require a two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.

We have a cat and dog in residence who prefer not to share their home with other pets, therefore we cannot accept pets.

We gladly accept children over 12. Charlotesville, Virginia is a wonderful family vacation destination and older children will appreciate the many outdoor activities our area has to offer.

With advance information we will accommodate special dietary needs.

We are pleased to offer you central air conditioning and a smoke free environment.

Guest check in is between 4 and 7 p.m. Check out is by 11 a.m.
